A Note from Ms. Frank

Dear Hodgkins Families and Students,

At Hodgkins Leadership Academy, we believe that every student is a leader and that genius lives in each one of them. As a Leader in Me school serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade, we are committed to helping every learner discover their strengths, own their growth, and dream big.

Our Competency-Based System means that learning here is personalized and meaningful, paced to meet each child where they are and focused on what they know and are ready to learn next. We celebrate progress, foster student ownership, and ensure that no learner is ever left behind.

Our Code of Conduct, LEAD, guides everything we do:

• Dream

These values are more than words on a wall. They shape how we learn, how we treat one another, and how we grow together as a community. We encourage families to bring LEAD home and practice these values in everyday life.
